I'm Molly and I'm so
happy you're here!
in the beginning of my teaching career...
I was the only teacher at my grade level, and desperate to connect and learn with other teachers. I started a teaching blog, and then later an Instagram account, and here we are today! I have loved collaborating with teachers all over the world thanks to this online space! It has made me a better teacher, and it’s been so fun to see my ideas and resources used in classrooms all over the world!
I am forever grateful for this amazing online teacher community and all incredible connections I’ve been able to make with teachers from all over the world!
Throughout my teaching career I’ve taught at three different schools in San Diego and this year I am sharing a contract, so I teach my students 2-3 days a week, and then the other days I get to work from home to support teachers!
I am especially passionate about helping teachers implement classroom organization systems (my classroom library organization system has been used in tens of thousands of classrooms!) and building a positive classroom community + environment that exude joy both for the teacher AND students!
Want to know a little more about my life outside of the classroom?
When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my absolute favorite people: my son Oliver, daughter Madison, and my parents (who I am so grateful that live close by)! It’s been so fun seeing my kids start school and experiencing everything from the parent perspective since I’m so used to being on the teacher-side of things!
In my spare time, I enjoy reading (romcoms have been my favorite recently!), dreaming up fun experiences with my family, and shopping for home decor! I also will never say no to a good charcuterie board!
My goal in life is to inspire others and have a positive impact on people! Hopefully that includes YOU!!!
