Ever since my first year teaching I have used the Erin Condren Teacher Planner. It has everything I could ever want in a planner, plus more! This year they made some amazing changes and I am SO excited about all the updates! In addition, they still have many of the same features that I have come to love over the past several years of using it! Teacher Planner Features
One of my favorite things about the Erin Condren Teacher Planner is how colorful it is! You can choose your own personalized cover from an amazing selection, and all the pages inside are splashed with colorful details. I love the fun watercolor theme this year that appears on all of the pages!
Next up is the communication log. I love having this log to jot down notes about my communication with parents. It’s also a good spot to keep track of positive phone calls home!
After the communication log there are two beautiful blank pages with a spot for each month. The tab says “year plan,” and I am planning on using them to map out my year, however you could use this page for anything else you needed to plan out according to month!
I usually don’t use the absentee log since we record attendance manually and I can always go back and check in the system, but sometimes it can be nice to quickly jot down names to refer to, especially if we are in the middle of a big project or had a test or something that I need to remember to have absent students make up!
I use these graph pages all the time for changing up student seating! The graph paper lines help me to quickly sketch out the desk arrangement and add student names!
I’m so excited about the new pages added to each month! I’m planning on having a large calendar in my classroom next year, and the “dates to remember” section has great ideas that I’ll probably include on our class calendar! Plus, I love that they moved the birthdays to the beginning of each month! In addition to two blank lined pages with each month, this page will be great for recording important events!
I’ve always loved the weekly plan layouts, and I’m so excited about the new watercolor details! There is a lot more white space this year for a nice, clean look! It will be fun to accessorize with the stickers and colorful pens!
The student checklists are next! I use my own weekly printed student checklists for a lot of things, but I love using the ones in my planner for more important things that I need to reference for longer than a week, like photo releases, field trip permission slips, etc.
I absolutely love all the beautiful quotes included throughout the planner! And they added more sticker options to the back of the planner that I can’t wait to use!
The folder in the back is one of my favorite places for keeping important papers that I need to refer back to regularly! And look at that beautiful watercolor design! The back and front covers are like mini whiteboards for taking notes. I haven’t used them before but I’m excited to try them out this year with my wet erase markers!
“Cool for School” Stickers + Post-it Notes
In addition to the stickers included in the back of the teacher planner, they also have a separate pack of “Cool for School” stickers. These stickers have got to be my most favorite stickers EVER! Not only are the colors beautiful (and I love the watercolor ones!), but they also have beautiful gold and silver foil details!
Other Erin Condren Teacher Supplies
I am a huge fan of the Papermate felt pens, but Erin Condren’s colorful dual-tip markers are amazing! Plus they are two-sided, so one side is like the felt pens, and the other side has a thicker tip!
The stylized sticky notes are another great add-on for the teacher planner! I am all about jotting things down on sticky notes and these are super cute (love the heart apples!) and fit perfectly in the planner spaces! Plus, it snaps right into the planner!
The school tracker dashboard is another new accessory that I can’t wait to use! It clips right into the planner as well, and I love that it will help me keep my to-do lists and top priorities in one place (instead of on separate papers all over my desk)!
I am also super excited about the t-shirt! It is so soft and I love the design on the front! It is a different cut than a regular t-shirt (it has a wide neck and is a little shorter) so I’m not sure I’ll wear it to school, but I will definitely be wearing it on weekends!
